Den Teig nicht zu lange kneten, da er sonst br\u00fcchig wird. Den Teig in Frischhaltefolie wickeln und f\u00fcr 1\/2 Stunde kalt stellen.<br><\/li><li>Die \u00c4pfel sch\u00e4len, entkernen und in Scheiben schneiden<br><\/li><li>Den Backofen auf 200 \u00b0C vorheizen.<br><\/li><li>Eine Springform einfetten und mit Mehl best\u00e4uben.<br><\/li><li>Auf der bemehlten Arbeitsfl\u00e4che den M\u00fcrbeteig ausrollen, in die Form legen und einen Rand hochziehen. Den Boden mehrmals einstechen.<br><\/li><li>In 10-15 Min. goldgelb vorbacken und den Boden danach mit der Aprikosenkonfit\u00fcre bestreichen.<br><\/li><li>Die Apfelscheiben auf dem Boden verteilen und mit Zucker und Zimt best\u00e4uben.<br><\/li><li>F\u00fcr den Florentinerguss Butter, Zucker, Honig und Milch erhitzen und etwa 5 Min. einkochen lassen. Vom Herd nehmen, die Mandelbl\u00e4ttchen unterr\u00fchren und die Masse auf den \u00c4pfeln verteilen<\/li><li>In weiteren 30 Min. goldgelb backen<\/li><li>Die Torte etwas 20 Min. abdampfen lassen.
